TTSynth's component parts are provided under terms of different licenses which
are explained in this document. TTSynth is licensed in the hope that it will be
useful, but without any warranty; without even the implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

TTSynth_Core License

TTSynth_Core is licensed to you for your use only under a nonfree, proprietary
license from Capital Accessibility, LLC. TTSynth_Core includes and incorporates
IBM's ibmtts text to speech technology also known by the tradename Viavoice.
Use of ibmtts in TTSynth_Core has been licensed by Capital Accessibility, LLC,
from the Wizzard Corporation. Viavoice is a registered trademark of the IBM
Corporation.

Please note the following terms for your licensed copy of TTSynth_Core:

TTSynth_Core includes IBM text to speech technology which is licensed to you
for your personal use only. Each license is for installation on one computer
only. You may not license, lease, loan, rent, sell, or give it away to others
without the express written permission of Capital Accessibility, LLC, and then
only if you first remove it from any computers where you have installed it, and
only if you do not keep a copy for yourself. 

ttsynth_say, spk-connect-ttsynth, and gnome-speech-ibmtts License

TTSynth component applications other than TTSynth_Core and including, but not
necessarily limited to, ttsynth_say, spk-connect-ttsynth, and
gnome-speech-ibmtts, are provided under the terms of the Lesser GNU Public
License (LGPL).

    These applications, ttsynth_say, spk-connect-ttsynth, and
gnome-speech-ibmtts, are free software; you can redistribute them and/or modify
them under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License as published by
the Free Software Foundation; either version 2.1 of the License, or (at your
option) any later version.

    These applications are distributed in the hope that they will be useful,
    but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of
    MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  See the GNU
